Layered Starburst Paper Template!

Working on some new Paper Templates this morning I thought I would make one for a freebie today! I have started exporting the layers into individual png format files as well for those of you who do not have PSD supporting programs you can still edit and create papers using the png layer files. This is a PU/S4H/S4O ok!
