Goodmorning everyone! So I tried to get in extra naps with the lil guy to stay rested and hope that the cold wouldnt blow up on me. So much for that! LOL My voice has gone on vacation for a while it would seem LOL Gonna have to dig up some sudafed and make like a fish for a few days to knock this one out. Anyone have a sure fire cold busters? LOL Worked on the rest of the brag book pages this morning so that is done and out of the way. Now just gotta get cracking on the st. patty theme kit fro next rounds freebies. Do I go traditional or something different? what to do what to do? Here is day 5!
So sorry about your cold and YES I do have a suggestion. For years I have been blessed in this area just taking Zycam for Colds within the first 72 hours of my first cold symptoms. It reduces the symptoms to almost nothing and it's gone in no time at all. It's unbelievable how good it's worked for me. Follow directions and don't stop taking it as soon as you start feeling better. Another thing...my husband uses the tablets, but the zink totally flipps out my taste buds for weeks, so I use the nasal spray or nasal swabs. Feel better and thanks for you goodies. You are invited to visit my freebie blog and grab some fun for yourself

Aww...so sorry to hear you are sick.:( Along with taking meds for the cold.I use vapor rub on my chest. It helps with the sinus colds too.:)Most say you can use it three times a day!
ReplyDeleteHot tea with honey and lemon will help your throat.Just take small sips.:)Also gargle several times a day with warm salted water. It tastes yukky..but the salt helps in the healing process.:)
Thanks so much for sharing another COOL page.:)Love it!
